Which third party programs are allowed?

Hello, my apologies for not being able to write to you in Russian.

I'm wondering which third party programs are allowed on the server? As far as I can tell, d2loader is o.k. Is there anything else I should know? Does people use maphack for example? I don't mind not using any third party programs at all, nor am I asking for the permission to cheat. But if everyone uses certain programs, I'd like to know about it.

some programs to run multiple copies of d2 (d2m.exe, D2Multi.exe) are allowed
but specifically denied d2loader itself (permanent update result).

Any other utilities (maphack's, redvex, etc.) - are prohibited.

I haven't played on official blizzard servers for a long time. I like private servers much better.
