#1 REGISTRATION AND DATE

- You need to register on the site challonge.com or log in if you already have an account.
- On tournament registration page you register for the tournament.
Click on the button "SIGN UP FOR FREE".
- If the name of your account is different from the account on the server rubattle.net, then click on
"Sign up with an alternate name ", indicate your nickname on the server and click on the button

#2 TOURNAMENT SYSTEM
Version Warcraft III The Frozen Throne - 1.27b.

All games are played WITHOUT RANDOM RACES
The tournament is held according to the system: Double Elimination, games will be held bo1 (up to one win), in the 1/2 finals and match for 3rd place bo3 (up to two wins) and in the final bo5 (up to three wins);
Games are held according to the tournament schedule. Game transfers are IMPOSSIBLE.
Report the results of the games to the referees.

Each player must have replays of all his games in the tournament and present them at the first request of the tournament organizer, at eVo.Korneeey@rubattle.net In the absence or non-presentation of a replay, the chief referee may order a replay of this game.
Subject of the letter to the address eVo.Korneeey@rubattle.net should be called: RubattleCup #1
The text of the letter should look as follows : for example: Player1_def._Player2 (score) + replay's
Letters like “I won” or “he lost” are not considered.
Replays must be sent within an hour after the game. Victory is fixed only if there is a letter with replays.
Tournament organizers and referees have the right to review games replays until victory is fixed.

The map for the game is selected by mutual agreement of both players. In the semifinals, match for 3rd place and finals (after the first game), the player who loses the first game chooses the map.

The administration will try to provide players with neutral games from the server. But a prerequisite is that you must specify reliable nicknames during registration (perhaps players will be entered in the game database before the tournament starts)
The host must be necessarily neutral in the final tournament.
#6 Bugs, Limitations and Dishonest Game
It is considered dishonest game: the use of programs hacking the game and / or maps (map hack, drop hack, etc.).
Any use of bugs is a disqualification.
Delaying games and not appearing on time is a disqualification (if the opponent did not warn in advance and did not ask to wait).
Waiting for an opponent - 20 minutes
Decisions of referees are final and not subject to discussion.
#7 DISCONNECTS, SAVES, DOWNLOADS, RESTARTS
7.1. "Disconnect" is any disconnection of the network connection during the game due to problems in the system, network, computer, power problems, etc.
7.2. If the player cannot continue the game due to an unintentional, unforeseen “disconnect” that occurred in the first 3 minutes of the game, a restart is made.
#8 OTHER
8.1. All claims on the outcome of the games are accepted for consideration within an hour after the game (gaming based on viewing the replay), if no claims are received within the specified period, the outcome of the games is no longer being reviewed.
8.2. The tournament organizer has the right to change and supplement these rules at any time at its discretion.
#9 PRIZES
Money prize:
1st place - 2000 Russian rubles
2nd place - 1,500 Russian rubles
3rd place - 1000 Russian rubles
4th place - 500 Russian rubles
Prizes are paid by transfer to:
- Qiwi, Yandex Money, WebMoney (wmr, wmz, wme wallets, etc.);
- Bank cards of the Russian Federation;
- Mobile phones of Russian operators.

Tournament points.
They are displayed in your profile on the server in the "Tournament" column. If there are enough of them, you can choose icons that require 10/75/150/250/500 points, respectively.
For each game won, 4 points are awarded (2 points in the losers grid), if there is a replay (but points are not awarded for technical victories). As well as the players who won prizes, they additionally receive:
1st place - 70 points
2nd place - 50 points
3rd place - 30 points
4th place - 20 points

Все игры проходят БЕЗ РАНДОМНЫХ РАС.
Турнир проводится по системе: Double Elimination, игры будут проходить bo1 (до одной победы), в 1/2 финала и матче за 3-е место bo3 (до двух побед), и в финале bo5 (до трех побед);
Игры проводятся согласно турнирной сетке. Переносы игр НЕВОЗМОЖНЫ.
Результаты игр сообщайте организаторам или судьям.

Каждый игрок обязан иметь реплеи всех своих игр на турнире и предъявлять их по первому требованию организаторов турнира, по адресу eVo.Korneeey@rubattle.net В случае отсутствия или непредъявления реплея, главный судья может назначить переигровку этой игры.

Текст письма должен выглядеть следующим образом : Например: Player1_def._Player2 (счет) + replay's
Письма вида "я вин" или "он продул" не рассматриваются.
Реплеи необходимо высылать в течении часа после игры. Победа фиксируется Только при наличии письма с реплеями.
Организаторы и судьи турнира вправе пересматривать реплеи игр до фиксации победы.

Карта на игру выбирается путем обоюдного согласия обоих игроков. В полуфинале, матче за 3-е место и финале (после 1-ой игры) карту выбирает проигравший первую игру игрок.

Администрация постарается предоставить игрокам нейтральные игры от сервера. Но обязательное условие - необходимо указывать достоверные ники при регистрации (возможно игроки будут занесены в базу игр до начала турнира)
Хост должен быть обязательно нейтральным в финале турнира.
#6 БАГИ, ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ И НЕЧЕСТНАЯ ИГРА
Нечестной игрой считается: использование программ, взламывающих игру и/или карты (map hack, drop hack, и т.п.).
Любое использование багов - дисквалификация.
Задержка игр и не появление во время - дисквалификация (Если противник не предупредил заранее и не попросил подождать).
Ожидание соперника - 20 минут
Решения судей окончательны и обсуждению не подлежат.
#7 ДИСКОННЕКТЫ, СЕЙВЫ, ЗАГРУЗКИ, РЕСТАРТЫ
7.1. "Дисконнектом" считается любой разрыв сетевого соединения во время игры по причине неполадок в системе, сети, компьютера, проблем с питанием и т.п.
7.2. В случае, если игрок не может продолжать игру по причине ненамеренного, непредвиденного "дисконнекта" произошедшего на первых 3-х минутах игры, производится рестарт.
#8 ПРОЧЕЕ
8.1. Все претензии по результату игр принимаются к рассмотрению в течении часа после игры (игровые на основании просмотра реплея), если претензий в течении указанного срока не поступает, то результат игр больше не пересматривается.
8.2. Организатор турнира вправе изменять и дополнять настоящие правила в любое время по своему усмотрению.
#9 ПРИЗЫ
Денежный приз:
1 место - 2000 Российских рублей
2 место - 1500 Российских рублей
3 место - 1000 Российских рублей
4 место - 500 Российских рублей
Призовые выплачиваются путем перевода на:
- Qiwi, Yandex Money, WebMoney (кошельки wmr, wmz, wme и т.д.);
- Банковские карточки РФ;
- Мобильные телефоны операторов РФ.

Турнирные очки.
Они отображаются в Вашем профиле на сервере в графе "Турнир". При их достаточном количестве можно выбрать иконки, для которых требуется 10/75/150/250/500 очков соответственно.
За каждую выигранную игру начисляется по 4 очка (в сетке лузеров по 2 очка), при наличии реплея (но за тех. победы очки не начисляются). А также игроки занявшие призовые места дополнительно получают:
1 место - 70 очков
2 место - 50 очков
3 место - 30 очков
4 место - 20 очков
